We are a non-profit in the advertising industry seeking an in-house PR Manager to supervise and direct the company's Public Relations and Marketing efforts. This position will be in charge of developing press strategies as well as pitching ideas for editorial pieces. We are looking for someone who can become familiar with current trends in advertising, design and new media, has strong industry contacts and keeps currentwith advertising news and events. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

To be considered forthis position, you must have:

At least 5-7 years of professional PR experience, Marketing experience a +
Impeccable writing skills- must be able to provide samples
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to deal with many different personalities, often at the
same time.
A solid background in advertising
You need to daily use and be experience in all major social media.
Strong existing contacts with industry and general media outlets.

This person must be able to take the company to the next level through PR and marketing strategies and collaborations. The candidate needs to thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced work environment, be able to multi-task, and be detail oriented.
