Everyday Health is looking for an experienced Partner Manager to manage and provide outstanding customer service to our portfolio of Partners. The ideal candidate has media and online advertising experience with project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You understand placement and targeting through banner ads and contextual and behavioral advertising. You like, no – you love to sort through data and solve problems. Working within Excel comes naturally, you are highly organized - able to meet shifting deadlines and you enjoy being in the nitty gritty details of your clients’ needs and wants. This is an opportunity to redefine how partner strategies are driven and executed by Everyday Health. In this role, you will:
- Focus on the revenue growth and day to day operations of our partners
- Conduct daily analysis on the effectiveness of our partnerships across the Everyday Health platform
- Report regularly to internal clients progress, roadblocks, recommendations, and strategies to increase revenue
- Be the primary point person for all partner relationship inquiries – internally and externally work across ad operations, business development and planning departments to strategize and monetize partners’ inventory simultaneously maximizing their campaigns across Everyday Health
- Execute integration strategies with new partners and enhances current campaigns
- Manage partner budgets and meet all financial deadlines
- Provide strategic and creative recommendations for campaign improvements to the Client Services department and provide on-going feedback on creative and placement performance
- Traffic and manage network partner tags and passback campaigns using DFP
- Triage any ad serving partner errors, report discrepancies, broken ad tags, and recommend strategies to eliminate/reduce errors
- Report and analyze data from DART, Atlas, 3rd part ad servers

What you will need:
Demonstrated experience in project managing business relationships with a high level of customer service
Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing data
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high pressure environment
Positive attitude
Knowledgeable of the technical aspects of Ad Operations
Must be pro-active, able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and execute tasks
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
The ability to see and follow through on projects and initiatives from the beginning through completion
Sense of humor, not necessary but preferred – we laugh a lot
Four (4) year college or university degree in marketing, finance or analytical related field

Strong understanding of ad-serving technologies: DART/DFP, DSM, Atlas, Pointroll
Advanced Excel
In depth knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Flash, QA best practices
Salesforce and Project Management is a plus
