Our Boston office is growing! We’re seeking a digital PR professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our Digital Health team as a Senior Account Executive. This individual will primarily be responsible for digital and social initiatives for healthcare clients, such as community management, editorial planning and content development for social media assets, syndicating content via social networks, blogger relations and digital/social media plan development.

We’re looking for people who live and breathe the digital/social media world, and who have healthcare experience to serve as a day-to-day client contact and provide support to multiple account teams. To do this successfully, the Senior Account Executive will have to maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business, the healthcare industry, and PR issues.


•Manage the flow of work and information to the account team
•Serve as a community manager for health care clients’ social media channels, including editorial planning, content development, monitoring/analytics and ongoing social strategy and creative community engagement
•Work with clients on tactical issues in digital and social media (blogging, microsites, social networks, syndication, etc.) and provide basic client counsel
•Conduct and manage online research, measurement, and reporting
•Support the new business development process. Understand industry trends and issues that directly and indirectly affect the client, particularly the regulatory landscape and its implications to the healthcare industry’s use of social media.
•Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success


•Bachelor's degree plus 4-6 years related professional experience
•Demonstrated grasp of the digital and social platforms landscape
•Account management, community management, content development, and creative thinking skills
•Thorough command of the social media and digital world, with experience in community management preferred
•Understanding of the regulatory environment and key issues/concerns for healthcare companies in social media
•Sophisticated client service and digital communications skills, high energy, and passion for this area of rapid change and innovation
•Digital PR agency experience is preferred
•Ability to think strategically about the development and execution of PR programs
•Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, on-line services, social media tools (content management and monitoring) and AP style writing is essential
