Position Description 

You will work in the Aol Video Operations Team reporting directly to the Director, Operations. As a member of this team, you will primarily be tasked with assisting the development and continued growth of AOL Video Operations, which will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Aiding in Advertising Inventory Management 

  • Track and manage RFPs / Opportunities

  • Helping with Advertising Campaign Tracking/Delivery and Optimization

  • Assistance to the Video Inventory & Yield team and Director, Operations

  • Inventory Management & Yield related projects and tasks

 Skills and Qualifications 

  • Good understanding of the Internet advertising space

  • Previous internship in an analytical role required. Advertising Operations experience highly preferred

  • Analytical thinker

  • Strong attention to detail and Analytical Thinker

  • The right candidate is an ambitious, aggressive, hard working, self-starter, who is well organized and able to assume responsibility for specific project deliverables with limited supervision

  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment

  • Must enjoy and thrive in a start-up environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Advanced Skills in MS Excel, (Pivot Tables, Lookups)

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint

  • BA or BS degree from a top-tier, four-year accredited University.  (Candidate must be a junior, senior, or 2012 graduate)

  • Preferred Major(s):  Internet Technology, Marketing, Advertising, and Communications/Media
