Wenner Media (publishers of Rolling Stone, Us, and Men's Journal) is looking for part-time support for its Licensing & Business Affairs department. Responsibilities include acting as primary point of contact for rights & permissions inquiries, researching archive article and photography information, assisting the department with general administrative duties, and updating internal databases. This part-time (two-three days per week) position will offer an exciting opportunity to be involved in international magazine publishing.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree as well as a high level of organization and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. Seeking someone who is both a team player and able to work independently. Recent graduates welcomed. Must be confident working with Microsoft Office (including Excel). Interest in and/or exposure to publishing contracts a plus. Looking for at least a six-month commitment of two-three days per week, paid hourly commensurate with experience. No benefits.
