Associate Manager, Ad Solutions / Integrated Marketing

On a daily basis our Ad Solutions and Integrated Marketing teams support our Sales team and a fast growing deal flow. This means proactive sponsorship packaging and rapid response to RFP’s with creative new ideas and well informed presentations. This unique “hybrid” role has a cross-department functionality that requires a mastery of single and multi-title sponsor packaging. Ad Solutions encompasses traditional content and product sponsorships. Integrated Marketing focuses on aligning brands with Original Programming, leveraging content integration and offline extensions, with a secondary focus on devising impactful distribution solutions for Brand Content. This role calls for an experienced media professional who is a self-starter and can lead the development of new and innovative content promotions, marketing initiatives, and creative executions. ResponsibilitiesCo-Manage all East Coast regional sales requests with Ad Solutions ManagerCo-Manage all Original Programming and Brand Content sales opportunities at National level with Integrated Marketing ManagerDevelop custom RFP responses for East Coast sales teamLead proposal development and program execution for “Hulu Presents” campaigns originating on East CoastCollaborate with key internal partners on the development and management of sponsorship programsAttend client meetings and present Hulu sponsorship opportunities (as needed)Qualifications:3+ years of experience in mediaProven track record in ad sales marketing, media planning, and sponsorshipsAt least 1 years of experience in marketing and/or promotionsAt least 1 year of experience in Branded EntertainmentExpert in PowerPoint; skilled in Excel and PhotoshopSuperb written and verbal communication skillsRelentlessly positive attitude, well-developed problem-solving skills, and a kind yet assertive natureHulu is an equal opportunity employer.Please apply through our website.
