Assist the Retention Marketing Director in the planning, implementation and evaluation of subscription marketing campaigns for the renewal, billing and gift businesses of multiple Hearst magazines. Create marketing campaign instructions for external Fulfillment and Lettershop groups and analyze test and roll out results. Develop and maintain marketing campaign reporting. Assist in the forecasting, budgeting and reconciliation of renewal and payment response rates and expenses. Forecast, order and manage inventory of print renewal and billing campaign components.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Excel; strong analytical and organizational abilities; excellent oral and written communication skills; detail oriented; ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; ability to think creatively and question the status quo

Experience Required:

1-3 years direct marketing experience; BA/BS in Marketing preferred.
