Imagination is a custom publishing and content marketing agency. We help our clients build relationships and increase engagement with their customers. We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with experience in circulars and/or print catalogs to work with one of our clients, a Fortune 500 retailer.

The Project Manager (Circular) is responsible for gathering and organizing inputs and assets from the client that drive the creative development and production for the circular workflow. The PM will work with internal content, design, production and account teams to direct and manage organization of products, price lists, versions and other assets necessary to production of the circular. This may include creating and maintaining project documentation such as project plans, schedules, task lists and status reports, to ensure the final deliverables are accurate and on-time.

This role requires excellent organization, time management and communication skills. The PM will serve as the point person for both internal and external stakeholders; this will include the client’s PM, as well as Imagination’s content, design and account teams.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
-Create and update detailed production schedules for circular catalog
-Ensure a smooth process between the creative team and the final product
-Define, create, maintain and manage project documentation and deliverables for assigned projects, facilitate project and team meetings; track milestones and deliverables
-Receive internal messaging and incorporate legal changes
-Manage artwork (in-house, mock-ups, and/or sending products out to be photographed) and keep track of the process
-Become an expert on the client’s goals and timeline
-Manage product list (recognizing importance, product names, descriptions, and price) through different stages.
-Serve as a liaison, working closely with the client’s Project Manager.
-Assist in the translation process and work closely with the translation vendor, ensuring quality.


-BA/BS degree or relevant work experience.
-3+ years of relevant experience in managing circular and/or catalog projects
-Ability to prioritize tasks
-Excellent time management skills
-Exceptional communication skills and an ability to act as a bridge between the agency and the client
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to foster teamwork, generate consensus and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
-Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
-Knowledge of print color-correction process ideal, but not required.
