Senior Sales Associates at Argyle Executive Forum play a key role in new business development, renewals, strategic account development and service delivery. This position describes an entrepreneurial and tech savvy sales professional to help drive the growth of our marketing solutions for our clients in key territories.


Responsibilities
•Manage and execute an individual sales process as well as set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
•Maintain and develop your own sales pipeline, while meeting or exceeding sales goals
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the relevant customer markets and memberships
•Drive the development of new business, renewals, upsells, as well as new markets
•Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
•Work closely with marketing to develop and execute demand generation programs
•Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy
•Manage contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required
•Win early customers with limited support
•Be a role model for the company culture
•Be a driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the organization. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the company’s dealings within the marketplace.

Desired Qualifications
•College degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, or economics preferred.
•At least 3-5 years sales or business development experience in comparable industries
•Experience with a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management attributes
•Ability to manage a diverse entrepreneurial sales team
•Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and tactical levels
•Established contacts and relationships with potential customers
•Outstanding transactional as well as consultative selling abilities
•Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team oriented environment
•Experience in choosing, deploying and using marketing and sales software applications
•Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time
