•Report to and work with the Senior Manager, Mobile Business Development to cultivate and close publisher partnerships within an assigned prospect list.
•Leverage existing publisher contacts, BrightRoll marketing efforts and cold-calling techniques to educate mobile prospects on the BrightRoll value proposition.
•Work closely with the ad trafficking, sales and tech teams to help drive the business’ overall goals.
•Manage the contracts process for your deals (document comparisons, version control, trafficking changes to Legal and prospect, etc.).
•Execute key reports for the company and help the company to utilize metrics to make informed decisions.
•Post-execution, effectively transitioning the partner relationship to the integration and account management teams.
•Identify emerging market trends and translate these to prospects.


•BA/BS or equivalent required.
•High level of experience (2-3 years) in partner business development and/or strategic selling with a mobile or Internet company and understanding of digital advertising formats.
•Demonstrated success achieving quarterly quotas and goals.
•Revenue focused, including solid history of revenue building successes and excellent negotiation and analytical skills across contractual, technical and financial areas.
•Sector experience in any of the following areas: newspaper, consumer and B2B publishing, broadcast media, web portals, social networks and entertainment companies.
•High level of comfort escalating and presenting key deal issues to senior management.
•Track record of excellent partner communication and presentation skills and ability to quickly understand contracts with strong attention to detail.
•Ability to learn and effectively speak to all aspects of BrightRoll’s business.
•Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player.
