Linkwell Health seeks an Advertising Sales Coordinator candidate who is excited about the opportunity to be part of an early-stage company that sits at the dynamic intersection of consumer behavior, healthcare providers, consumer products, and retailers. The ideal candidate will have experience in both print and digital advertising; experience with coupon/promotional advertising is a huge plus. The Sales Coordinator will support our 7-person national sales team by managing sales operations, account management, scheduling, Saleforce.com, and more. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales support, with an interest of growing into a full-time sales role. Admin work will be required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support for 7-person sales team
•Admin, scheduling, etc (roughly 25% of role)
•Sales operations support and reporting, primarily via Salesforece.com
•Account management and client relationships
•Primary role on second-tier sales accounts
•Reporting, revenue tracking , analytics, etc.
•Self-starter, self-motivated, problem-solver

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree
•1-3+ years agency, media, or marketing experience
•Experience with Coupon/Promotional advertising
•Good customer care skills
•Good written and verbal English
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
•An ability to work independently and as a team
•Good administrative skills
•Quick to learn
•Proactivity
•Essential: Strong experience with Salesforce.com and Powerpoint
