ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
•Package scalable and relevant programs that integrate Linkwell Health’s direct mail, digital, mobile, and email capabilities into an integrated offering
•Work with sales team and vendors to effectively measure and report campaign results
•Create scalable presentations, proposal templates, and sales tools
•Interface with production team to manage program timelines
•Express the value of Linkwell Health’s various programs through case studies
•Attend sales meetings to understand the market, client needs, and challenges
•Work on implementation process to refine program elements
•Collaborate with internal teams to launch new products and support existing products
•Identify new product opportunities and determine the return on investment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree
•2+ years agency, media, or marketing experience
•Strong work ethic and insatiable appetite to learn
•Superior time management skills and capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
•Meticulous attention to detail
•Flexibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Understanding of the advertising landscape and use of data to drive value
•Ability to work independently and think strategically
•Research experience a plus
