We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for launching and configuring online advertising campaigns that run through ADTECH Marketplace. You will provide technical expertise and maximize campaign delivery/revenue through daily campaign management and consistent collaboration with internal and external customers. You will support pre- and post- sale due diligence; including but not limited to: data entry (3rd party ad systems, etc.), research, competitive analysis, assembling presentations, collateral creation and distribution, insertion order generation and revisions, general contract management, administrative duties, client reporting information, scheduling, and intra-departmental coordination. You will assist with reporting, proposals and inventory management. You will provide technical assistance with ad compliance, creative, billing, trademark issues, market research and other miscellaneous duties.
