Full Time
Responsibilities Include:

•Provide support for the SVP/Group Publisher in Atlantic Media’s SoHo office
•Assist in coordinating schedules and meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
•Perform assorted administrative tasks such as expense reconciliation, telephone coverage, and miscellaneous errands as needed
•Serve as a representative for the SVP/Group Publisher internally and externally
•Prepare and proof documents and correspondence
•Act as a liaison with Human Resource while helping to onboard new employees
•Help support the SoHo office as needed, which may include light tech support and ordering supplies
•Participate in advertising staff meetings and complete follow-up activities and assignments
•Work closely with the advertising and marketing departments to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals
•Opportunity for substantive and long-term project development

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

•Fluent in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
•Very strong organizational, issue resolution and decision making skills required
•Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and appropriately prioritize
•Confidentiality with sensitive material and communication
•Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills
•Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
•Bachelor’s degree
