Publishers Clearing House, one of the best known and respected brands in the United States, is looking for an Online Creative Production Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for the asset management and delivery of mid to large scale interactive website design/development projects. If you are an enthusiastic problem solver and thrives on being engaged at all levels of a project then this job is for you!


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans
•Monitor day-to-day activities of the project and ensure work is progressing as planned
•Manage schedule, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
•Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables working across project(s) based on scope of work, project goals, and Creative Director's direction
•Consistently identify needs that Creative, Marketing, and Businesses may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs

Required Skills/Experience:

•Bachelors Degree and 3-5+ years experience in interactive project management
•Ability to understand and document project requirements and dependencies
•Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
•Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
•Understanding of business and functional requirements
•Experience with the design and development websites and an understanding of web technologies and third party applications and platforms
•Mobile and social media/community experience an asset
•Understanding of complex application development projects a plus
•Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with ever-changing deadlines
•Proven ability to solve problems; a realistic understanding of when and how to elevate an issue
•Demonstrated ability to maintain a mature, calm, and professional relationship with clients, coworkers, and management
•Ability to be flexible, have a positive attitude, and work as part of a team to make compromises that meet the needs of all parties
•Enthusiastic team player who looks out for others, provides guidance, and readily shares knowledge
