Our sales organization is growing! We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive digital media sales professional to partner with our external sales group to sell whitepapers, ebooks, online advertising, email communications, and newsletters to accounts interested in our premium audience.

CFO Publishing is a profitable, venture-backed B2B company headquartered in NYC. Our products are targeted to senior level financial executives and include print, online and conferences.

Key Accountabilities
•Build advertising base from advertisers, especially financial accounts including banks and insurance companies.
•Maintain high level of sales calls on all levels of decision makers
•Build relationships with clients and ad agencies
•Attend Industry events as needed, company conferences and sales meetings.

Performance Measures
•Achievement of monthly and annual sales quotas
•Break new advertisers in targeted categories
•Sell media packages to high number of clients

Desired skills and capabilities
•Desire to develop new accounts as an inside sales representative
•Nice to have- experience selling banners, webcasts, white paper library, email and/or newsletters
•Perseverance and can-do attitude
•Some knowledge of sales CRM tools
•Well organized, detail oriented, results driven
•Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
•Excellent relationship building skills
•Strong written and verbal skills

Credentials and experience
•Knowledge of media business and sales revenue streams
•Open to considering recent college graduates with excellent online skills and interest in digital ad sales career
•Alternatively seeking minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in media or at an agency
