We are seeking a results-oriented team member to manage and develop productive relationships with Deal Providers - companies who provide deal inventory to AmazonLocal and help us expand selection for our customers. The successful candidate will be passionate about optimizing business, operational and technical aspects of channel relationships. You will advance processes and tools to manage the exchange of information between Amazon and Deal Providers and roll out new features and products through our Deal Provider program. You will build strong communication channels within each Deal Provider's organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and define and manage to a growth plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new Deal Providers (review program documentation, set up new accounts, collaborate with development team to validate data feeds)
- Track key performance indicators including volume of deals submitted, acceptance rates, units sold and revenue. Set targets and work with Deal Providers to reach them.
- Manage to overall program targets for volume and regional/category coverage
- Manage projects to support scaling the Deal Provider program

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated account management and project management skills
- Experience working closely with sales, technical support, product management and software development groups
- Experience developing reporting and executing analysis using Excel

- Experience managing a team
- A track record of managing external business partners to deliver results and growing relationships to mutual benefit
