Schedule and manage the calendar of appointments and meetings; create and manage weekly/monthly reports, handle heavy phone contact skillfully; make travel arrangements; process t&e reports; work with all departments to locate information needed by the Publisher. This person will work for the VP Publisher and one senior sales rep. Work on requests for proposals, competitive reports, special projects as needed.

Good research skills, the ability to effectively navigate the internet and problem solve. Must be proficient in all applicable computer applications, including word, excel, powerpoint, outlook etc. Must be proficient in all social media applications. Must have the ability to work with the highest level executives, multi-task and work well under pressure/deadlines. Must have the ability to work well without supervision. Detail oriented and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is someone who has 1-2 years of post graduation experience in a corporate setting, and wants to get into the business side of the magazine industry.
