The Bump (www.thebump.com), one of XO Group Inc. brands is seeking an outstanding self-motivated, creative and resourceful individual to fill its Community Manager position for its Community Department.

The Bump Community Manager will manage an active Internet community.

Responsibilities Include:

Interacting with membership
Maintaining message boards
Recruiting moderators and using social media to recruit new members
Managing The Bump’s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest and Google+
Excellent writing skills and knowledge of online communities a must
Enthusiasm and/or knowledge of babies a clear plus.

Other attributes needed to succeed in this position include, a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as part of a team and a collaborative spirit.
