ABRAMS is seeking an intern to assist the design management team on front list titles covering photography, fashion, architecture, interior design, crafts, cooking sports and music. Intern will provide general administrative assistance in the following areas:
track contracts and invoices; update spreadsheets; prepare image contact sheets for use in book interiors; print and distribute sample pages and full layout book passes; track and route proofs; assist with monitoring book design schedules; trim and mount cover visuals; supply images and sales materials to departments.

This is an unpaid internship for students who will receive college course credit for the assignment. No other candidates will be considered! Period of assignment: mid-January to mid-May 2013, 12 - 16 hours per week.
