Amazon Studios, launched in 2010, is combining technical innovation with the vast reach of the internet to develop original content in a new, fan-driven way. Amazon Studios is looking for an analytical and technically skilled market researcher to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing best in class market research methodology and supporting techniques for all Amazon Studios market research.

Through the direction of primary and secondary market research the Research Manager ensures that Amazon Studios decision-making is supported by timely and accurate data and analysis. This person will act as a strategic business partner to internal teams, leveraging research to provide clear concise recommendations and analyses on film and series projects in development. Candidate will organize and manage qualitative and quantitative testing both online and offline. Upon completion, the Research Manager reviews the collected data, draws insights, authors' reports and makes business-oriented recommendations that materially benefit the development of Amazon Studios movies and television shows.

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, vocally self-critical, and an ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. They must possess a strong sense of detail and the ability to manage project guidelines thoroughly. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA.
