The Pets team is looking for a customer-obsessed, experienced self-starter to help drive one of the most exciting and fastest growth categories at Amazon. We are looking for the right person to help us become the place customers' visit first for all of their Pet needs. You'll have the opportunity to work with leading vendors in the industry and help us define a best in class Pet Products store experience. In this role you will be expected to flex both your analytical skills and your creative muscles to drive both best in class customer experience and effective marketing communications that deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems). Specific Responsibilities
Conceptualizing, building and executing the full life-cycle of merchandising for the Pets Products store including creative development, targeting segmentation, and performance analysis

Driving traffic growth from multiple channels, including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social networking, mobile, and on-site placements

Leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and brand partnerships

Driving projects that lead to site and customer-experience improvements and taking them to completion

Knowing our market and being obsessively aware of new products, brands, trends, and opportunities

Creating and presenting high quality documents and presentations to senior leadership both inside and outside the company
