Consumer Marketing

Condé Nast seeks a Manager, Digital Platforms for a full-time staff position.

The Manager of Digital Platforms will work with the Director to help grow our rapidly expanding digital subscription business to ensure that the consumer experience to purchase and access Condé Nast products on digital platforms meets consumer marketing requirements. These requirements include presenting subscriptions, single issue purchases and cross-platform entitlements as part of an optimized consumer experience - from brand discoverability to offer presentation & pricing to consumer engagement and customer support. This role connects the traditional world of magazine consumer marketing and fulfillment with the emerging world of digital brands that are available on multiple platforms and devices. This Manager will serve on a collaborative cross-functional development team that understands the role of technology and design while remaining focused on the consumer experience and monetizing our digital products.

· Assume management of marketing operations for digital storefronts, exercising independent discretion and judgment for all day-to-day activities
· Assume management of customer focused support, working closely with consumer marketing and customer care teams
· Develop business requirements for digital products that support customer experience and profitability goals
· Work closely with editorial development, production and technology teams to develop, launch and update digital storefronts on new platforms and devices based on user experience best practices to optimize the conversion funnel and consumer engagement
· Work closely with vendor partners to enhance digital newsstand opportunities
· Work closely with consumer marketing strategic planning team to define and implement relevant reporting metrics
· Stay current on digital and platform specific opportunities, serving as the primary sources of competitive knowledge and best practices
· Assume management of authentication data flow from consumer experience to fulfillment and ensure proper checks and balances are in place.

· Strong analytical and creative skills
· Ability to assess and prioritize critical dependencies during product development
· Understands and interested in digital media landscape
· Strong project management skills and attention to detail
· 3-5 years of consumer marketing experience
