Working in our Professional Development business as a Digital Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of the editorial, marketing, and business development teams in Global Finance as they relate to digital products, partnerships, mobile apps, and enhanced books, as well as developing new processes and helping organize business requirements and production procedures around digital products in Global Finance.
A key aspect of digital program implementation will be to attend product development meetings for mobile apps, enhanced books, website updates, webinars, and other new and existing digital products as the business lead and developmental coordinator, and to assist the e-Business Director with delivery of necessary business requirements, media, information, and meta-data around new digital content formats and initiatives. Other duties include updating project tracking documents, maintaining revenue reports, helping prepare contracts, managing the preparation of presentation decks, website mock-ups, and other proposal materials, and coordinating materials and deliverables for business partners.
•2 + years experience in a digital agency or software development company.
•Experience in a publishing environment desired.
•Experience with e-commerce and consumer-facing websites and/or software.
•Experience working with external partners and executives.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask.
•Self-motivated team player.
