We are a web based company, you must be web savvy.

You must be a computer person who can type at a good pace and can maneuver and multitask easily. We use email often.

Basic Excel functions, specifically filling out Excel RFP’s from advertising agencies.

You must have a minimum of five years experience selling advertising and at least three years selling online advertising. Healthcare experience is a big plus.

You should have experience selling print advertising and experience selling to advertising agencies.

You must have CRM experience (ACT, Salesforce, Goldmine...) and you must use our contact manager software. Everything you do, every email you send, every call you make will be recorded in our CRM and you must use the system correctly.

You must have the ability to effectively learn a new CRM in a short time.

You must have a thick skin working in a high-pressured sales environment - we expect our sales people to be reaching out for potential business consistently throughout the day. We are looking for someone who wants to build a book of business and manage it for a long time.

You must have the ability to effectively make 30-50 phone calls to clients and multitask between 30-50 potential clients per day.

Travel to industry trade shows should be anticipated 3-6 times per year. Ample notice will be given.

Reasonable income exceptions:

60-80k in year one, 80k to 100k in year two and 100K+ in subsequent years once your client list has been built up.

Base salary, commission, structured & attainable bonus opportunities and protected accounts. Healthcare after 90 days.
