The Community Specialist is responsible for creating, posting and managing content across several social media platforms, as well as interacting with consumers and beauty influencers.

- 1-2 years’ experience and specialized knowledge of social media
- Fluent with all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube
- BA/BS degree required
- Excellent writing and public speaking abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of and skill in using MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Create and develop social media content for specific campaigns to encourage social interaction and participation
- Understand how to use social media in an integrated PR campaign
- Proactively develop new strategies to raise online presence and visibility
- Research social media trends to use in relevant areas of the campaign
- Design social media platforms consistent with current branding

- Familiarity with HTML, website development and graphic design
