Grupo Expansion, the Mexican-based publisher of award winning Quien, Expansion, and, seeks a Miami-based Account Manager to help grow cross-platform sales for advertisers wishing to reach the affluent Mexican / Latin American market. Successful candidates will have an exceptional track record for exceeding sales targets and managing complex and demanding client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for selling advertising cross-brand and cross-platform programs across GEX.

The candidate must be a creative and strategic thinker, who has strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Candidate must be highly organized and able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Manage a large territory with a growing base of business from some of our largest accounts.

• Create complete awareness among the advertising & marketing community of our site and competitive advantages.

• Work with our Marketing Director to develop creative solutions for clients and their agencies, and maximize sales efforts for both pitch and RFP situations.

• Oversee end-to-end execution of all aspects of the sales process – from deal signing to campaign implementation and complete delivery.

Specific Attributes:

o Strong relationships in the Miami market-place
o Experience selling to LATAM/ Mexico advertising community
o 3+ years of online and print sales experience.
o A demonstrable track record for strategic, consultative selling with cross-platform experience.
o Existing relationships with the regions’ leading online advertisers (both client & agency).
o Mastery of the on-line sales and sales operations processes.
o A mature & flexible business style able to navigate complex deals. Must have creative, compelling and persuasive presentation skills, and flourish in negotiations
o Must be able to speak Spanish
