High-growth media & advertising startup Tidal is looking for a Digital Sales/Creative Producer. What does that mean? Probably not what it means everywhere else. But this is a job with huge future potential to grow along with us.

You’ll be working to bring social content ideas to life, from the first first pitch email through launch, for top brands, agencies and publishers. Tidal powers sites, blogs and social apps for companies like Condé Nast and HarperCollins using content from our network of 8k+ bloggers. See http://tid.al to find out what we’re about.

As part of the team you’re going to have to sell, but even more importantly listen, to the needs of our current and potential clients. Then you’ll create decks, case studies, mockups and proposals to show the why, and how, of Tidal.

We’re a startup, so you’ll be wearing many hats;
• Work alongside the CEO, prospecting, meeting and then creating decks to tell the story of why we’ll bring value to a client. You’ll work with our lead designer, as needed, but should also be proficient on your own.
• Then you’ll help lead the editorial and creative vision to bring a project from signing to launch.
• You must be outgoing, an excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Tech-wise you’ll need to know Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop).
• You’ll also be using Google Apps, Salesforce, and probably a dozen other online tools.
• You should know what’s possible online working on Facebook, Tumblr, Wordpress or any other platform.

You should have a least a few years of design, agency or startup experience. The job will be full-time, in Manhattan with a base salary, benefits after 90 days, and the potential for commission and/or equity options for the right person.

You’ll need to be up-to-date on the latest/coolest of what’s being done online by brands, agencies and publishers. So give us a few examples of cool sites/social implementations you’ve liked lately, and why. Oh and show us some examples of creative pieces you’ve made.
