Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the strategies for building market awareness of corporate sponsorship opportunities for WGBH’s national television productions, and providing marketing support for sales efforts. Duties include: • Creation and updating of all collateral marketing materials (power point presentations and one-sheets) • Collaborating with sales personnel and assistants on special requests • Managing on line ad campaigns, email marketing and paid search • Lead liaison with production unit for latest production related information • Partnering with production units to develop and implement “big ideas” for leveraging sponsorship • Management of SGPTV sales website, insuring information is updated • Provide point of contact for outside production partners around all marketing materials

Skills Required:
Experience in television, media, advertising agency, corporate marketing communications or media sales a strong plus. Proven record of managing and executing complex marketing campaigns. Strong skills in marketing and promotional writing, building cross departmental relationships, managing materials for the web and using HTML communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Content Management software for web applications, InDesign, video editing a plus.

Educational Requirements
3-5 years experience required; 5-10 years experience preferred.
