The Amazon Kindle Marketing team is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Designer to lead creative development of online advertising experiences to build the Kindle brand worldwide.

You will work closely with the Kindle marketing team and your primary focus will be to design innovative static and rich media experiences for digital display campaigns for millions of customers around the globe.
  • Design cutting-edge online advertising and brand experiences
  • Create user-centered designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets and Kindle and Amazon design patterns into intuitive solutions
  • Analyze post-campaign metrics to set best practices and optimize advertising campaigns for brand awareness as well as conversion
  • Support sales and marketing teams by bringing big ideas to life through ideation and creation of high fidelity designs
  • Support marketing and sales teams with design and execution of marketing collateral and materials
  • Present design work to internal clients, marketing managers and senior management for review and approval

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7 years of strong visual design skills and experience creating rich media and working knowledge of Actionscript 2 and 3, Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and Javascript coding

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paces environment
