Responsibilities for a successful candidate include:
-Receive and distribute insertion orders, update advertising lists, send out media kits, run online traffic reports, mail out back issues, manage comp lists and send out comp subscription requests
-Load leads daily for campaigns onto a template and send to clients
-Check the ads in the daily test mailings to insure that they are scheduled to run, check the links on the newsletter to make sure they are working and check events and web seminars listings to make sure they are current.
-Communicate with production as to what ads and materials should run on the website, e-newsletters and print publications
-Create packets for the staff to take to client meetings
-Keep track of nominations for awards
-Act as liaison between sales team and production teams.
-Manage forecast and sales revenue sheets for sales team and keep Publisher with weekly sales reports.
-Run online traffic reports and update lead/impression generated campaigns on my inventory sheet
-Approve monthly billing reports for accounting.
-Coordinate barter agreements with media partners.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in a publishing, sales environment
-Bachelor degree is preferred
-Excellent time management and communication skills
-Ability to multi-task is very important
-Must be experienced using Excel
