Organizer of trade shows and publisher of trade magazines seeks creative, motivated, detail-oriented individual to assist the manager in a two-person trade show and circulation marketing department. We are looking for someone with the creativity to help develop and implement new marketing plans, who has the drive to see projects through to completion and the focus to ensure that the necessary lists are maintained meticulously.

As a member of a small company, you will wear many hats and be expected to initiate and follow through on several simultaneous and ongoing projects.

Previous trade exhibition or marketing experience a plus.
Previous magazine marketing experience a plus.

Some specific duties you will assist with include:

•Maintain trade show and promotion calendars
•Design and get quotes for direct mail pieces (printing and mailing)
•Develop digital promotions
•Track promotion responses
•Update all social media sites on a regular basis
•Assist in creating and coordinating exhibitor manuals
•Coordinate travel, supplies & shipping for shows
•Assist with show registration at our shows

This position will be based in Long Island City.
