Reporting to the Vice President, Brand and Marketing, this position develops and implements interactive media and promotional plans to support Lincoln Center’s marketing and institutional promotional goals across multiple platforms (including online, mobile, and digital signage). A focus on customer-centric, seamless, and exemplary digital experiences is essential. Specific responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to set and achieve digital marketing goals and implement this work across a variety of digital channels. Functional requirements include online ticketing, website development, marketing asset aggregation and distribution for multiple arts organizations, and video editing in support of marketing and institutional goals.
- Develop and deploy innovative marketing customer experiences consistent with the organization’s marketing and promotional goals through digital communications and integrated marketing initiatives. Platforms include the internet, outdoor digital media environment, and mobile initiatives.
- Collaborate with Lincoln Center’s Creative Services group to ensure coordinated campaign development. Oversee campaign implementation in the Digital Marketing Services group.
- Create compelling and effective websites and digital experiences that support the marketing goals for Lincoln Center’s ten world class festivals and programs and other institutional initiatives. Leverage and analyze website metrics and usage to inform sites’ development.
- Integrate with CRM technology to maximize revenue in online purchases.
- Oversee the management of digital marketing assets coming from Lincoln Center’s eleven Resident Organizations and feeding the multiple channels that make up Lincoln Center’s digital signage landscape (including via Lincoln Center’s Digital Media Management System.
- Manage and develop a team of digital media professionals: provide evaluations, training, and manage staffs’ growth.
- Coordinate Digital Marketing Service initiatives (including the development of with Lincoln Center’s Media & Digital Department and its Chief Media and Digital Officer.
- Coordinate technical development and deployment with Lincoln Center’s Information Technology department.
- Coordinate, oversee, and manage online tickets sales with internal stake holders and ticketing system vendor.
- Contribute to the selection of digital vendors, and, where appropriate, manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee the maintenance and use of Lincoln Center’s innovative digital signage landscape (the Infoscape).


- 7+ years experience with new media and internet. Strong technical, account and planning experience required.
- Intimate knowledge of wireframe tools like Balsamiq, Adobe Fireworks or the like required
- Considerable practical experience with Joomla content management system (Drupal could be an alternate)
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS and Apache required
- Working knowledge of Linux strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience using SDLC, Agile development, and the like
- Knowledge of coding standards regarding development tools like PHP, .Net, etc.
- Knowledge of Scala content scheduling / distribution environment (or similar products) strongly preferred
- Relational database design and normalization experience preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, etc.) and Final Cut (or similar product) required
- Familiarity with network and server concepts preferred
- Must be proactive, creative, strong relationship builder and exhibit strong leadership skills.
- A proven collaborative, client services methodology
- Prior management experience required.
- Strong presentation, execution, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of online marketing and programming content, analytics, and tools. Experience with ticketing highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate and manage effectively in a technical environment, and translate priorities to non-technical client groups.
- Engagement in the arts desirable.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced study in digital marketing a plus.
