We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to service and explore advertising opportunities with new and existing clients, focusing on advertising sales for print, digital and online with a spotlight on meeting the business needs of our larger advertisers. This position will develop new business, grow and retain existing business through a variety of sales strategies. Our culture thrives on creating and executing big ideas and providing effective advertising solutions for our customers. Our Account Executives use the various tools available such as multiple high reach products, online, digital, marketing support information and our full service creative production department to make sales presentations to grow existing client base.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience and/or training
• 3-5 years Sales Account Executive experience
• Proven record of successfully leading in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment
• Ability to build and manage a B2B sales organization
• Ability to maintain a deep and broad understanding of the market (customers, prospects, key trends)
• Possess an understanding of competitive media in the market
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills (both written and oral)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
