Responsibilities:





WebMD is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager to join its Sales Operations team and manage its Contracts Management group. The Manager will lead a team of contract managers and will be ultimately responsible for the timely creation, accuracy and execution of all sales contracts as well as managing approval processes. Extensive experience required with multi-product contracts. "Own" each contract and be responsible for its accuracy and addressing product and business exceptions. Must have ability to quickly learn WebMD's various Consumer and Professional product lines and the contractual business issues tied to these products. The preparation of contracts in a timely manner, the confirmation of all terms including description of customized services, various guarantees and pricing. Interfacing with Legal, Sales and Marketing and other teams to ensure that contracts are accurate and comply with the requirements of these various departments. Ensuring that the contracting process is standardized and integrated into the overall sales process, including new product creation and innovation. Pro-active tracking and communication of all contract status on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:

Seasoned manager with 5+ year’s employee management experience. Experience negotiating contracts and master service agreements a must. Pharma and healthcare knowledge STRONGLY PREFERRED. Online/Web/Agency experience also preferable. Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years related contract experience, including pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry experience (will also consider B to B industry, Publishing, Financial Services, Agency or Online/Web). Must be very detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be responsible, accountable and result-driven. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
