Art + Commerce is looking for a TEMPORARY administrative/accounting assistant to support a Photography Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for liaising between a designated photo and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing, and to manage the overall recordkeeping process for 5 major artists. This position requires a very organized, detail-oriented and proactive personality who is able to work independently, resolve billing issues quickly, and follow the billing process from start to finish.Responsibilities:•Preparing, monitoring and collecting all job related fees, expenses and usage renewals•Billing - including advances, fees & final job expenses – on a timely and accurate basis (including copies, scanning, updating job logs)•Reconciling jobs to ensure proper revenue for the team•Handling of corporate Amex coding•Working with clients to ensure timely receipts on payment and invoices•Managing collection of client invoices as needed.
