Regional Sales Director
The Regional Director will be responsible for sales of our full suite of recruitment and marketing services to colleges and universities throughout their territory. This includes our traditional offerings such as Private Colleges and Universities, Public Colleges and Universities, and Careers and Colleges. It also includes sales of our Digital Services and Online Solutions (Online Display, Retargeting, Search Engine Optimization, Pay-Per-Click, Mobile Marketing, and Social Media). They will be focused on managing and growing existing client relationships as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities within their territory. Demonstrated success in field sales, customer retention, and new business acquisition sales is needed. Requirements include: a bachelor's degree, four years of experience in either sales or college admissions, demonstrated ability to work well with people, and a willingness to work a schedule that includes travel, evenings, and occasional weekends. Motivation and the desire to be successful is essential. College admissions/enrollment management/higher education background desired but not required. This is an outside sales role with frequent travel so a strong background in client-facing meetings and presentations is required. Candidate can be located anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic region.
