We are looking for a highly analytical digital marketer to help grow McMurry’s stable of digital communities. Reporting to the Vice President of Interactive Operations & Digital Business, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for deploying a marketing budget in a variety of digital channels (search, social, email, etc) with a singular goal: customer acquisition.

The right person will be highly organized, quick with calculations, resourceful, creative, and extremely well versed in the field of digital marketing. Moreover, he/she will be very familiar with performing A/B testing as well as ROI and lifetime value analysis. Last but not least, a positive attitude and helpful, quality-focused approach will ensure the proliferation of McMurry’s nationally recognized “best workplace” culture.

• Formulate and execute customer acquisition campaigns across a wide variety of channels that utilize multi-variant testing. Tweak and optimize campaign components as needed to maximize ROI.
• Formulate and execute an email-based customer communication program that maximizes retention rates.
• Perform ROI analysis and present campaign performance reports to senior management.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of campaign creative materials.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, vendors and freelance resources.
• Remain abreast to new industry and market developments


• Experience with all forms of digital marketing, specifically search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email and lifecycle marketing, and display advertising and retargeting.
• Extremely strong familiarity with the advertiser admin interfaces of major search and social portals (Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn at a minimum).
• Experience creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing programs.
• Excellent analytical ability and expert-level grasp of ROI analysis.
• Extremely strong MS Excel capabilities
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional personal attributes including having a positive attitude, ability to see the big picture, detail orientation, sense of entrepreneurship and ownership, and taking pride in excellent work

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS (Education/Experience):

• MS/BS/BA in a marketing or related discipline
• At least 3+ years in a position as a direct marketer
• Interactive agency experience a big plus!
