Responsibilities:
- Establishing client/account relationship, building this relationship, providing an experience with a client that introduces them to our company, brand, and offerings of value to them.
- Making sure the first 60 days with clients is a success and results in a long-term mutually beneficial relationship.
- Optimizing clients on-boarding experience by increasing speed and success rate of on-boarding new clients
- Liaising with vendors and other departments to ensure successful launch and progress of marketing services
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions
- Knows how to solve problems and escalate issues when appropriate

Qualifications:
- Has a strong process orientation with superb project management skills.
- Has experience with and enjoys interacting and working with clients.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
- Ideal candidate must display leadership qualities and the ability to persuade both clients and internal teams to accomplish what is needed to be accomplished
- Has worked with or on one or more of the following digital marketing services: SEO, Web Development, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media
- Is ambitious, self-motivated, proactive and assertive
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and Account Management or Client Service
- Digital or agency experience preferred
