Your tasks
As the lead of this newly-formed team, you will oversee our digital ad operations and help deliver outstanding and innovative campaigns to our clients. This key role will be responsible for supervising ad operations. You will also provide key insights on best practices as you staff, structure and refine our digital advertising operations.

?Create, develop and maintain Ad Ops processes and best practices
?Oversee the scheduling, production & implementation of all online advertising campaigns to ensure timely, accurate implementation, as well as full delivery
?Hire, train and manage ad ops team
?Advise/consult with internal departments regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, campaign performance and sell-thru rates. Provide frequent updates to Sales and Marketing on inventory/sell-thru and campaign delivery statuses.
?Interface with Production and Sales/Marketing teams to coordinate new ad packages, custom sponsorships, and strategic ad offerings.
?Partner with Business Development and Sales/Marketing to explore new technologies and potential external partners that will help bolster online and mobile advertising capabilities to drive business.
?Work with development team to set up, modify and manage online and mobile ad serving systems ? including tagging and targeting schematic, as well as advertising specs and guidelines ? as new partners are added and as and company and product offerings evolve. Oversee the QA process
?Support creative/technical related inquiries from clients
?Supervise high-level troubleshooting and monthly adjustments
?Process relevant publisher invoices so that clients can be billed accurately

Our requirements
Successful candidates will have the following:

?4-6 years hands-on experience working with online ad operations team
?Direct experience working with 3rd party ad tracking, delivery, validation; Expert level knowledge of DART (DFP) required
?Basic knowledge of contracts, experience in reviewing IOs/Terms & Conditions is a must
?Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media, including: 1) Various forms of online creative formats and related code and 2) Ability to analyze, modify and troubleshoot most ad types
?Experience working with both publishers & sales professionals
?Strong Ad Ops vision and leadership skills
?Comfortable adapting to different softwares/applications/interfaces
?Strong project management and communication skills ? ability to communicate effectively across all departments, with individuals at all levels of the company
?Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills
?Enthusiastic, self-starter with desire to for management
?Proven ability to multi-task effectively within tight deadlines and competing priorities
?Emphatic interest in online advertising
?4 year degree required
