About the Role:
AOL Tech is looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager who has a strong background in interactive marketing and digital media with a proven track record in crafting compelling advertising solutions and presentations. This creative, solutions-oriented candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years hands on experience in digital media planning and deck preparation. The ideal person is highly organized and detailed- oriented, has strong communication skills and is capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Work alongside AOL Tech Sales and Marketing teams to support and create exceptional, compelling presentations and collateral
•Lead owner for content gathering and final build of collateral and proactive presentations
•Ability to create innovative media and marketing concepts, which help tell the story that drives advertising revenue
•Understand the digital media landscape and online consumer behaviors
•Effectively and clearly communicate the value proposition of the AOL Tech properties
•Work closely with cross functional teams across AOL to develop strategic marketing solutions
•Leverage syndicated audience tools such as comScore and Omniture to develop audience insights, trends and channel composition
•Leverage research and analysis tools to measure brand awareness, ROI, segmentation lift and overall campaign impact
•Responsible for identifying and learning new AOL products, tools and services and teaching 

•Exceptional Power Point and / or Keynote skills a must.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
•Results oriented, accountable, strong work ethic, strong team player
•Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of Excel, Word
•Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or other design software a big plus
•Experience pulling research and syndicated data sources like comScore, Forester, etc.
•Able to work effectively and excel in a matrix organization; Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
•Passion for the changing media landscape, self educated on the trends in consumer behaviors and inventive ways to reach a targeted audience 

Education and Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with concentration in sales and advertising preferred
•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internet advertising sales, account management or sales development
•Minimum 2-5 years in-depth experience in media planning, marketing, or strategy
