Title: Client Services Supervisor, Campaign Management
Years Experience: 4+ Years of relevant work experience

This individual will work with a designated Sales Support team to ensure seamless campaign execution while providing high-level of client service support for assigned Advertisers, Agencies and Clients.

The right individual will be a key contributor in the Client Services team and responsible for both managing individual contributors, as well as supporting an assigned Sales executive. This individual will be assigned to support Reps with a client roster that requires a more strategic approach, or that account for a large revenue number. This individual may also be asked to participate in strategic projects outside of their day-to-day activities. In addition to managing campaign implementation, this individual may have up to 4 direct reports. This position involves sales and client support; providing advertising creative deadlines, technical specifications, reporting; and tracking and optimizing delivery.


  • Communicate creative ad specifications and creative lead times to Advertisers/Agencies

  • Manage the creative development and approval process

  • Partner with Pandora’s Creative Services and Trafficking teams to ensure online advertising campaigns are implemented in an accurate and timely manner

  • Traffic and test ads using DFP and internal tools

  • Provide proof of implementation reports and screenshots

  • Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery across various ad serving systems

  • Manage campaign performance and make optimization recommendations

  • Provide Manager, Sales, and Advertisers/Agencies with any necessary campaign reporting

  • Interact with Finance department in regards to Billing requests/issues

  • Provide Sales administrative/Account related support

  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and sales, advertising, graphic design and technical teams

  • Provide leadership and act as a mentor to junior team members

  • Assist with internal strategic initiatives such as vetting out new processes and systems

  • Manage up to 4 direct reports

  • BA or BS from a top tier university

  • 4+ years’ of Digital/Radio advertising experience in a media planning/campaign execution/trafficking role

  • 2+ years of relevant and successful Management experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment , preferably managing a team with sales/ad operations functions

  • Knowledge of the interactive advertising marketplace

  • Experience hiring, managing and training a team preferred

  • Existing knowledge of Salesforce, Operative and DFP is preferred

  • Self-motivated, driven, organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent communication skills; Must be able to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions

  • Ability to work independently but must be a team player

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint
