Simply put, we tell the story, take it places and get people talking.Senior/Marketing Manager (Advertising.com Group)Sr. /Marketing Managers at Advertising.com are primarily responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies for Advertising.com – across display, mobile and text – to drive key adoption of core network products and demand managed services. In this role, the candidate will position Advertising.com’s advertising solutions to the marketplace and its customers and clients. The Sr/Marketing Manager is responsible for strategy planning and executing go-to-market B2B plans which include the development of marketing programs, categorized messaging, collateral, tradesite, research, case studies and internal and external client communications.This position will work closely with Advertising.com Network Sales, Product, Publisher Services, AOL B2B Marketing , PR, and Internal Communications teams to ensure that the brand is positioned both internally/externally drive revenue and awareness in-market.Responsibilities:Develop, launch and manage marketing plans to advertisers, agencies and the industry at large to drive growth and demand of the premium network business.Execute high profile industry and proprietary events to solidify Advertising.com’s leadership position with clients, partners, and competitors.Communicate the value proposition of the core network and develop the sales tools that support our products and services; create collateral for all audiences (marketers, publishers, etc.) including sales presentations, training docs, FAQs, one sheets and other collateral, as neededBe the expert of the non-reserved digital space, the buyers and the buying criteria. Be the expert on competition and how we differentiate. Stay abreast on customer and competitive research and intelligence.Cross promote, integrate and evangelize the importance of Advertising.com, internally, to National and Advance Sales & Marketing teams.Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Technology teams on product development, launches, and roadmaps.Monitor the financial performance of current marketing programs and assess return on investment and program effectiveness.Requirements:Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute innovative “out of the box” marketing ideasDemonstration of a highly committed work ethic and a passion for digital advertising and ad technologyExcellent oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as a team player is a must.3-5 years experience in digital advertising industry, preferably in a Marketing role. Experience in advertising products, especially with ad networks and/or ad tech preferred.MBA preferred. Degree in marketing and/or technology and a passion for media and technology preferred.
