About the Role:
AOL Advertising is seeking a Product Manager will help develop and implement our Display Ad product strategy. They will work with our various advertising partners to develop new rich media ad formats, manage their deployment across the company and provide ongoing support as needed. They will handle the integration of third party advertising partners by managing intake, prioritization and evaluation of their various creative technologies.

The AOL Display Product Manager will be required to represent the capabilities of our suite of advertising products to Sales and to provide support for internal projects and platform updates.

• Work with sales, the AOL programming team and external stakeholders to determine new ad products for AOL to support.
• Work with rich media vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate their products across both the premium and network advertising businesses.
• Support AOL corporate initiatives as a technology/creative expert.
• Help manage and evolve the technology certification queue based on priorities of the business.

Required skills:
•Ability to maintain and grow internal and external relationships, responding to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
•Ability to balance technical and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts.
•Ability to follow through with tasks to completion.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech, rapidly growing and exciting environment.

•Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.

Education / Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in related field.
•3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, consulting or online advertising operations.
•Experience in emerging and current web technologies including HTML, JavaScript and Flash.
