Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI) is actively seeking a Digital Sales Planner. Scripps Networks Interactive is one of the leading developers of lifestyle-oriented content for television and the Internet, where on-air programming is complemented with online video, social media areas and e-commerce components on companion Web sites and broadband vertical channels. The company's media portfolio includes popular lifestyle television and Internet brands HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, DIY Network, Cooking Channel and country music network Great American Country (GAC).


-Develop sales presentations and media plans for Los Angeles-based Account Executive. Requires professional proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
-Maintain client/agency files.
-Interface with clients and agencies.
-Interface with other sales offices, ad sales marketing, ad traffic and other relevant internal departments on all orders.
-Fulfill requests for proposals.
-Process insertion orders.
-Secure creative by deadline and manage digital production for all campaigns.
-Manage campaigns via weekly performance reporting optimizing of schedules.
-Professional proficiency in Internet research tools, planning tools and metrics
-Other administrative duties as needed and as directed by supervisor.


1. Education: Bachelor Degree.

2. Experience: 2+ years interactive sales planning or Ad. Agency buying/planning.

3. Equipment: Computer literate with knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint. Familiarity with the Internet, social media.

4. Skills/Abilities: Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail a must. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple projects at once and effective communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Occasional overtime may be required.
