•    Games.com Destination - industry-leading games site with a custom experience tailored specifically to each user, in each geography, on any device.
•    Games.com Network - white-label solutions to hundreds of publishers across the AOL network, Ad.com network and other partners.

About the position:
The Operations Analyst will work with the team to manage the Games.com partnerships and Games.com database to ensure smooth and optimal running of the business. With the hundreds of partners we are onboarding we need to ensure each partner’s needs are met and our database of everyone’s games stays up to date and clear of any duplicative items. This is a key revenue source for the business and also a major focus area for our partners. This position will ensure the IMDB-like games database we are building is always operational and our partners are happy.
In addition, this is a great role to begin learning other parts of the business such as business development, product management and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or math background, is very personable to deal with our partners and has strong database and math modeling skills.

The Operations Analyst will be the go-to expert for all of our partners listed in the IMBD-like Games.com database and will be the revenue owner of the many “buy-now” links we display. We will look to the Operations Analyst to consistently be thinking how he/she can optimize and continue to grow this line of the business.

Background Requirements:
The Games.com Operations Analyst will have proven their analytical and operational abilities in the past through top-of-class performance. They will have graduated at the top of their class from a leading undergraduate academic institution, and will be able to demonstrate a passion for the gaming, consumer Internet and/or media industries.
Games.com has very high performance standards and everyone is expected to work aggressively to achieve challenging goals. We are looking for self-starters who can work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, lead through influence and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
•    BA/BS degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics or other science/math related field
•    Very strong Excel and Access database skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Experience in or passion for the consumer internet and media industries
•    Strong knowledge of and/or passion for the online games space
•    Proven ability to lead and execute
•    Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills
•    Strong ability to adapt, parallel process and operate independently
•    Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
•    Experience in financial modeling and interpreting financial statements
•    Strong analytical skills and experience
•    Proficient PowerPoint skills
•    Familiarity with web analytics, statistical analysis, and/or coding web applications are pluses
