Our marketing team is looking for a creative writer to provide ideation, project management and copy writing support for the creation of several online and off-line marketing initiatives.

THOMAS Marketing site
•Create SEO-driven content using usability and conversion best practices and perform ongoing keyword research/optimization
•Create lead generation ads/content (on site, in-house, PPC)
•Collaborate with PR department to maximize the flow of press and traffic to maximize conversions and source and build links to increase the domain authority
•Utilize Google Analytics and other sales channel software to empirically determine which avenues are working, and to adapt marketing strategies appropriately

Lead Generation/Nurturing Content
•Create/execute a marketing strategy that includes creation of blog posts and landing pages
•Develop and write copy for ongoing, regularly scheduled email marketing initiatives
•Manage PPC campaigns that will guide prospective customers to landing pages built around specific keywords and offers

Marketing Collateral & Sales Support Materials
•Provide copy writing support for various internal and external communications, including brochures, flyers, sales sheets, Powerpoint presentations, newsletters, trade show collateral, special projects etc.
•Generate concise, impactful case studies by editing long-form case study documents

Social Media
•“Own,” write and maintain on ongoing Thomas blo

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 year’s experience creating and writing B2B integrated and/or direct response campaigns to drive quality lead generation along with 4 year college degree, preferably in Communications/Journalism/English. Proficiency in SEO best practices and exceptional research, analytic, and communication (verbal and written) skills. Understanding of ROI-focused marketing, including metrics and testing. Familiar with WordPress and the ability to customize pages. Strong computer skills – MS Word, PowerPoint, Email/HTML Editor Tools (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM and Marketing Automation technologies and exposure to Social Media applications. Good organization/project management/problem solving. An entrepreneurial attitude with the desire to see the business grow.
