The ideal candidate has advertising sales experience with a terrific reputation for over achieving quota while focusing on the customer. S/he will have a track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing strategic client needs to the organization. The Sales Rep will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who is known for accurate forecasting and relationship building at executive levels of SMBs.

Strategic Objectives
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key SMB accounts
  • Be able to penetrate both large and small organizations
  • Create and implement sales programs and tools that increase performance within your territory
  • Analyze sales/metrics data from your territory to help evolve your strategy
  • Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years in sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota obtainment
Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of the local business climate in the designated territory
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and external
  • An ability to analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve
