Pandora is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to work with application and game developers. This individual contributor will be responsible for managing and growing our partnerships in the mobile space; including popular mobile games and applications on iOS, iPad and Android devices.


  • Build relationships with key app developer advertising clients through in-person meetings and phone/email interactions

  • Proactively sell inventory to advertisers on mobile (Android, iPad, iPhone) platforms in an effort to partner on driving app installs

  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

  • Represent Pandora at industry events

  • Leverage strong analytical skills to quickly understand data and share insights to maximize scale and efficiency for advertisers

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities


  • BA/BS degree

  • Proven ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline, and a track record of exceeding goals

  • 3-7 years experience in digital media is ideal (at least 1+ years partnering with app developers on driving mobile installs and 2+ years in Performance Ad Sales)

  • Proven ability to speak comfortably to and sell CPC, CPI, and CPM-based campaigns

  • Extensive knowledge of interactive advertising with regard to positioning and technology

  • Superb organization skills, a proactive nature

  • Progressive, consistent work history and excellent references
