The Los Angeles Business Journal is interviewing for an Advertising Sales Account Manager to join our company and build a career with us. The right candidate will be highly motivated, eager to meet with clients, and able to establish long-term relationships in order to grow business. We're looking for sales professionals who are able to hit the ground running, close business and are motivated to make money. The sky is the limit.

This position is responsible for prospecting new advertisers, cold calling, meeting with business executives to make sales presentations, writing sales proposals, closing new business and up-selling existing clientele, account management of clients, customer service, and networking at various business events. Experience in advertising sales or B2B sales is preferred but not required.

This position offers an initial base salary for six months along with a commission structure that should produce a six figure income after the first year. The benefits package includes medical, dental, time off and 401k.
